MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Regina Morrison

My Pilates journey began in 2003 when I started working with a personal trainer to rebuild my strength and improve my health. A few years later, chronic back pain forced me to step away from traditional weight training, and my doctor recommended resistance based movement like Pilates. After working with an Pilates instructor, I felt a dramatic change. Within six months, my pain eased, my strength returned, and I felt like myself again. That experience sparked my passion for Pilates and inspired me to pursue formal training. I completed all levels of Pilates education, including specialized work with injuries and special populations, so I could better support clients with unique physical needs.

I felt called to create a space dedicated to healing, strength, and personalized care which became All Is Well Fitness and Health. My focus is private sessions where I can tailor movement to each client’s goals, whether they are recovering from injury, building strength, or simply wanting to feel better in their daily life. My own experience with back pain allows me to connect deeply with clients, and I love creating group classes that challenge, support, and celebrate progress together. I teach a contemporary approach to Pilates with an emphasis on safe, mindful, and effective movement

Jesslyn Shellenberger

With a Kinesiology degree from Tarleton State University and a lifelong love for movement, I found Pilates after years of training for strength and athletic performance. The practice quickly became my passion, helping me build strength, mobility, and stress‑relief in a way nothing else had. After experiencing its impact firsthand, I pursued my instructor certification to deepen my understanding of the method. As part of All Is Well Health and Fitness, I’m committed to helping clients feel strong, confident, and accomplished every time they step into the studio. 

Kelly Jacobs

My interest in health and fitness began when I first started spending time in the gym, and over the years it grew into a true passion. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education along with a Certificate in Nutrition, which deepened my understanding of movement and wellness. I later became an ACSM certified personal trainer and worked in both fitness and physical therapy settings, where I developed a strong interest in corrective exercise and rehabilitation.

Pilates became a natural extension of that work. I now blend Pilates and personal training to support clients in building strength, improving mobility, and preventing injury. I run my own mobile personal training business, working one on one with clients, and also teach Pilates at All Is Well Pilates Studio. I love having the flexibility to do both and helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies
