Pilates Group Classes and Private Sessions

All is Well Fitness and Health offers Group Equipment and Mat Classes. Private and Duet Pilates sessions, all utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Stability Chair. All Sessions are designed to meet your personal fitness goals and physical needs.


PILATES is an exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates using equipment and mat work. PILATES exercise improves core strength and balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks and feels. 

The Results include:

  • helps to prevent injury 
  • enhances fitness

All is Well Fitness and Health offers sessions tailored to your specific goals. Your program will utilize the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Stability Chair, as well as additional equipment to enhance your fitness experience. I am a Stott Pilates trained instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including 15 years of Pilates experience. I offer a fully equipped Pilates Studio and focus on helping you achieve your personal goals!


  • Small Groups - Only 5 Clients per session. All participants must attend an initial consultation prior to joining a Group Equipment class.
  • Private Sessions - one on one training in a Private Suite!
  • Duets - Share the hour with a friend or spouse!
  • Mat Classes - up to 10 Clients per session 


All is Well Fitness and Health offers Nutritional support, Goal planning and guided life style changes to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
