I started my fitness journey in 2003, working with a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Arlington, TX. At the time, I was out of shape and mentally drained, and I knew I needed to make a change. In 2006, back pain forced me to stop lifting weights and seek medical help. My orthopedic surgeon recommended resistance training, such as Pilates

I started my fitness journey in 2003, working with a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Arlington, TX. At the time, I was out of shape and mentally drained, and I knew I needed to make a change. In 2006, back pain forced me to stop lifting weights and seek medical help. My orthopedic surgeon recommended resistance training, such as Pilates. I began working with a STOTT Pilates instructor, and within six months, I felt like myself again. That’s when I discovered my passion for Pilates. In 2012, I decided to further my training and enrolled at The Designed Body Studio in Plano, TX, to become a STOTT Pilates instructor. I completed all levels of STOTT Pilates training and took a course on Injuries & Special Populations to better support clients with different physical needs.


I opened my first studio in Granbury, TX, in 2013 and ran it until 2017. After that, I continued working as a private Pilates instructor. In 2024, I felt called to open a new studio, which became All is Well Fitness and Health.


I enjoy helping my clients reach their goals, whether they want to look better, feel better, get stronger, or recover from injuries. My main focus is private sessions, where I can work closely with each client’s specific needs. I have experience working with people who have knee, hip, back, and shoulder issues, including those recovering from surgery or with joint replacements. My own journey with back pain helps me relate to my clients on a deeper level. I also like the challenge of group classes, where I create programs that help everyone progress and celebrate their achievements together.


I teach the STOTT contemporary approach to Pilates, which builds on Joseph Pilates’ original method. My boutique studio has top-quality STOTT Reformers with Towers and Stability Chairs. The group equipment room fits up to five clients, and there’s a private suite for one-on-one training. The mirrored mat room can hold up to ten clients, and all equipment, including mats, is provided. All is Well Fitness and Health also offers infrared sauna sessions in a private room and biofeedback sessions in a quiet office.

My passion for fitness and movement ignited during high school when I worked with a personal trainer to enhance my strength and performance in volleyball. This transformative experience led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Tarleton State University, where I delved into the complexities of the human body, its mechanics, and the foundations of healthy living. After completing my degree, I discovered Pilates and was captivated by its ability to challenge both my body and mind. Through my personal practice, I have experienced significant gains in strength, flexibility, and mobility, while the dedicated breath work has greatly alleviated daily stress. In March 2025, I decided to further deepen my commitment to this practice by pursuing an instructor certification. The past year has been richly fulfilling, marked by extensive learning, studying, and teaching. As a proud member of All is Well Health and Fitness, I am dedicated to inspiring my clients, ensuring they leave each session feeling empowered and accomplished. Teaching Pilates not only allows me to share my love for movement but also provides me with the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

My interest in health and fitness started in 2009 when I met my husband. I played volleyball in junior high and high school, but I didn’t truly enjoy exercise, diet, or physical activity until spending time with him at the gym became our way to be together.


I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Education and a Certificate in Nutrition 

My interest in health and fitness started in 2009 when I met my husband. I played volleyball in junior high and high school, but I didn’t truly enjoy exercise, diet, or physical activity until spending time with him at the gym became our way to be together.


I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Education and a Certificate in Nutrition in 2015. During this time, I grew to love going to the gym, working out, and seeing the results of my effort. This routine continued for years, even while I was pregnant with our daughter.


In February 2019, I decided to become a personal trainer. By April, I passed the ACSM Personal Training Certification and started working at our local YMCA. After COVID, I worked part-time as a physical therapy technician, which sparked my interest in rehab and its connection to exercise. In 2024, I earned the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification to learn more. In January 2025, I started practicing Pilates because I believe it supports rehab and injury prevention. I completed a comprehensive program through BASI Pilates and am now working toward my 500-hour requirement to become fully certified. I run my own mobile personal training business, working one-on-one with clients, and also teach Pilates at All is Well Pilates Studio. I love having the flexibility to do both.


I’m excited to keep learning and growing in this field, and I have more goals and certifications I want to achieve soon.
